Beauty With Purpose Takes Centre Stage at Dublin Multicultural Event

Beauty, culture and community education came together in Dublin during the first Miss eu news italy & Mrs Cross Continent pageant. Twenty-four women from seven countries participated in the programme, which was attended by approximately 450 guests at the Church of Scientology & Community Centre. Broccoli Care Ltd. sponsored the programme, which was organised by Miss & Mrs Cross Continent Events Ltd. together with The Truth About Drugs Ireland. Drug education formed an important part of the event, with guided exhibition tours introducing visitors to information about commonly used drugs. Several contestants completed online drug-education courses before the event, with some finishing all fourteen modules. The Mayor of South Dublin praised the contestants for using their public platform to promote informed choices and stronger communities. Guests enjoyed performances representing Irish, Indian and Indonesian traditions throughout the afternoon. Software engineer Niveditha Vudayagiri received the Miss Cross Continent 2026 title at the conclusion of the programme. The other leading awards went to Fortunate Lindokuhle Masina and Yuki Yuliatin. By combining cultural expression with drug education, the programme gave the traditional pageant format a wider social purpose.
